Seasonal Workshops
We offer seasonal Yoga workshops, which are designed in line with the natural cycles. The workshops focus on helping us to find quiet in a time of change. Through meditation, breathwork and selected Asana poses linked to the equinox, we will balance the energy flow (prana) in the body. The practice will help you to reduce stress and anxieties and at the same time find the energy to navigate life transitions with more ease. A more balanced body and mind can help with better sleep and can reduce stress and anxiety on and off the mat.
Monthly Improvers Workshops
Every month we offer improvers workshops. These workshops focus on different elements of the Yoga practice. The workshops will range from meditation, breathwork to gentle and dynamic Yoga sequences. Yoga will help you to balance your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. The practice can help you find a healthier way to deal with stress and anxiety on and off the mat in your day to day life.
